Microsoft Launches Execution Containers (Mxc) 1.0

Microsoft has released Mxc (Microsoft Execution Containers) version 1.0.0, a policy-driven containment system specifically designed for AI agents. As agents gain more autonomy to execute code and access files, the risk of "agentic drift" or malicious execution has grown.

Mxc provides a hardened sandbox that enforces strict policies on what an agent can actually do within a host system, providing a necessary safety layer for enterprise-grade agent deployment.
